Director of Happiness

Theo joined Jones&Co. as the firm’s current Director of Happiness in 2025. Though also a French Bulldog, Theo brings a personality that is unmistakably his own — confident, outgoing, and very much convinced he is in charge of the office.

Theo approaches his role with enthusiasm. He makes daily rounds to check on staff, greets visitors as they arrive, and closely monitors all activity from whichever location provides the best view and the most attention. He has a particular talent for interrupting long work sessions at exactly the right moment and believes every meeting can be improved with his attendance.

Proud to carry on the firm’s office dog tradition, Theo works hard to ensure Jones&Co. remains a friendly and welcoming place for clients and team members alike.
